Abstract:

Establishing successful foreign language resource centers involves much more than planning for facilities and equipment. The "human" factor is also very important. A narrative of the establishment of the very visible and successful Five College Foreign Language Resource Center is offered to readers as a description of some of the activities leading to its success.
