Abstract:
In this article, I provide an answer to the question: “how does a Canadian-born Chinese Catholic feminist theology look like?” Working under the belief that each aspect of a person, such as identity markers, contribute to the formation of one’s reality, this article briefly explores the identifiers, Canadian-born Chinese and Roman Catholic, to highlight issues that a Canadian-born Chinese Catholic feminist theology will have to address. Out of this discussion emerges questions of belonging and hybridity, and they will be used, in the latter portion of the article, to present a Canadian-born Chinese Catholic feminist theological anthropology.
