This study examines the acoustic and perceptual effects of Greek dysarthria on lexical stress via an in-depth investigation of three speaker with dysarthrias. Additional phonetic characteristics of dysarthric speech are analyzed, including voice quality and consonant and vowel characteristics. Data from a number of different speaking tasks are used, including isolated word production, vowel prolongation and syllable repetition.
